DELIVERY CONDITIONS

At Shoppypella, we aim to provide our customers with the most reliable and fastest delivery service. To ensure your orders reach you without any problems, our detailed terms and conditions, including delivery process, shipping costs, package inspection, and shipment tracking, are outlined below.

  1. Shipping Company

Your orders will be delivered to the delivery address you specified by our contracted shipping companies. Our contracted shipping company(s) are ……….. and deliveries can be made to all addresses throughout Türkiye.

  1. Order Confirmation and Preparation Process

Payment confirmation is required before your order can be delivered to the delivery address you specified. Confirmation time may vary depending on your payment method; during this time, the Shoppypella team regularly checks and processes confirmed orders as quickly as possible.

At Shoppypella, our goal is to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. If you have any questions about the delivery process, please contact our customer service.

2.1. Payment Confirmation Process

  • Payment by Credit CardCredit card payments are checked in real time, and once approved, your order will proceed to the preparation stage.
  • Payment via Bank Transfer/EFTPayments made via bank transfer or EFT are checked and approved during business hours. It is important to include the order number in the description section of bank transfers. Payment approval may take 1-2 business days, depending on the bank's processing time.

2.2. Product Preparation

Once your payment is confirmed, the process of carefully preparing your order will begin. The products you selected during the ordering process will be sorted and packaged according to stock availability. Products in stock will be prepared for shipping as quickly as possible. However, for certain products, preparation times and durations may vary depending on stock availability; in this case, please refer to the estimated preparation and shipping times stated on the product pages.

2.3. Stock Availability and Delivery Time 

At Shoppypella, we sell products that are in stock. However, in cases of exceptionally high demand, stock depletion, or unexpected logistical disruptions, order preparation times may be extended. In such cases, our customers will be immediately informed via email, SMS, or phone and will receive updated information about the status of their order.

2.4. Exceptional Circumstances and Delay Notifications

The delivery times stated on the product pages are estimated times and are for informational purposes only. Delivery times may vary due to disruptions in the supply chain, peak seasons, or external factors. In such an extraordinary situation, the Shoppypella customer service team will notify you via email, SMS, or phone and will try to provide the fastest possible solution.

3) Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the quantity and volume of each product. On the payment screen, the shipping cost is added to the total product price and collected together.

4) Shipment Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address and/or phone number registered in our system. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery time. If you have an account, you can also view your order status in the My Account > My Orders section.

5) Product Receiving and Damage Inspection Procedure

To ensure your packages arrive undamaged upon delivery, it is important to follow these steps:

  • Checking the Package: Before accepting your order, you should open the package and check the condition of the products in the presence of the delivery person. Remember that the delivery company's responsibility ends after you accept the package.
  • Damage Assessment Report: In case of any damage or missing items, please request a Cargo Damage Report from the delivery person. Damage claims made without a report will not be accepted.
  • Damage Assessment After Delivery: Shoppypella does not assume responsibility for damages discovered to products after delivery, unless a damage report is filed.

6) Missing or Incorrect Product Shipment

If your order contains any missing or incorrect items, please contact our customer service within 3 (three) business days of delivery to report the situation. Following an investigation, we will process the replacement of any missing or incorrect items as soon as possible.

7) Return Conditions and Shipping Costs

All shipments are delivered to the address provided. Please note that the courier company will only visit your address once during business hours, according to their delivery schedule for your area. If you are not at the address during this visit, you will need to pick up your package from the branch. Courier branches do not set specific delivery times and do not notify you by phone before delivery.

As Shoppypella does not provide its own delivery services, we unfortunately cannot give precise information regarding delivery times on behalf of the shipping companies, but we deliver your products to the shipping companies as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Returned Packages: If the customer is not present at the address provided during delivery and the package is returned, the recipient will be responsible for the shipping costs if a reshipment is required.
  • Canceled Orders: For cancelled orders, refunds can be processed after deducting shipping costs from the total amount.

8) Special Cases

  • Address Change: If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, you must contact our customer service as soon as possible. Changes to the billing address cannot be made after the invoice has been issued.
  • Distribution Regions: For deliveries to areas outside the shipping company's delivery coverage, delivery times may be longer. In these cases, your package will be delivered to the nearest shipping branch.
